First Nations Community HealthSource is a local non-profit community based healthcare facility located in SE Albuquerque. First Nations Community HealthSource is committed to providing a culturally competent, comprehensive health service delivery system integrating traditional values to enhance the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental well being of American Indian/Alaska Native families and other underserved populations residing in Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Behavioral Health Clinician (2 Full-time): Experience with mental health and substance abuse counseling. NM State License as an LPCC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LMSW or Psychology license required.

Dental Assistant (2 Full-time): Certificate as a Dental Assistant, must be x-ray certified.

Cook (1 Full-time): Responsible for managing a kitchen, preparation of warm meals, menu planning, purchasing, supervising kitchen staff, managing equipment and ensure all food handling and storage requirements are met. Must have a valid driver's license.

Referral Coordinator (1 Full-time): Certification as an MA or MAA required. Coordinate all non-emergent outside referrals, coordinate all internal referrals, train nurses, MAs and other appropriate staff on the referral procedure for management of referrals that are urgent, coordinate patient transportation needs with patient navigators if needed, coordinate with BH and other programs that maintain a waiting list to ensure patients are seen by consultants in an orderly manner, develop and generate regular reports of referral activity on a monthly basis, assist primary care MAs in the arrangement of urgent and emergent referrals and DI orders as needed, including obtaining prior authorizations, other tasks as assigned. Must have good communication skills. Bilingual preferred.

Front Desk Supervisor (1 Full-time): Certification as an MA or MAA required, must have previous supervisory/management experience in a clinic setting. Bilingual preferred.

Case Manager for Traditional Wellness Program (2 Full-time): Previous experience with case management. Responsible for assisting in deliver of care coordination and case management to Traditional Wellness Program clients. Prior experience working with families, community, homeless clients required.

Medical Assistant (1 Full-time): Must have a Medical Assistant certificate.

Front Desk Patient Registration (3 Full-time): Certificate as a Medical Assistant required.
