The LPN will function collaboratively & independently providing nursing care to the patients in the ambulatory practice. The LPN will provide care to patients compliant with UPHS policies and procedures and ensure patient safety and communicate with the nursing staff to facilitate flow patterns of patients in the practice. The LPN will provide continuity of care, promote patient satisfaction, collaborate with staff members and foster teamwork to achieve œbest practice standards. The LPN will demonstrate flexibility in work schedules to meet practice needs. The LPN will act as clinical preceptor for new clinic staff as needed. The LPN will coordinate the daily flow of patient hours in PENN Medicine University City, Department of Surgery, including monitoring and adjusting clinic staffing. The LPN will be the Regulatory Champion for PMUC.The LPN will work closely with clinical providers to ensure efficient & patient-friendly care. The LPN will work under the direction of the Clinical Manager & Practice Manager to improve daily clinical flow..

LPN licensure. Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania; CPR certification. \n Ambulatory setting nursing experience preferred. Willing to consider motivated new graduates.
