Transplant Nephrology Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantThe Penn Medicine Kidney Transplant program is seeking an advanced practice provider to join their office in West Reading, Pennsylvania. The APP will collaborate with Penn Transplant Nephrologists to manage care for post kidney transplant patients, as well as assist with transplant evaluations, wait list, and post-transplant management. This full time position will be closely connected with the Penn Medicine Renal Division.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing patients with chronic kidney disease.\nGraduate of an approved school of nursing or accredited PA program. CRNP/PA licensure in the State of Pennsylvania Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner/PA program with a MSN as applicable. National Certification Board is required.
