The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology specializing in Urogynecological care is looking to hire am Expereinced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner for their practice.Under the limited direction and within the scope of the CRNP license, the primary purpose of this position is to provide care and coordination of Urogynecological patients, the WHNP will assist in urodynamic (diagnostic) testing, assist in performing genito-urinary procedures in the outpatient setting as well as participate in inpatient rounding if required. The WHNP in the specialty practice of Urogynecology will work collaboratively with the physicians in a team approach to enhance patient care that enables the practice to streamline new patient visits, improve patient access and provide a high level of coordinated, efficient, and quality care to Urogyn and surgical patients. The individual will project a positive image of UPHS through excellent communication, teamwork, teaching, and patient care skills, to support patients/families, facility personnel, and UPHS processes to ensure coordinated, efficient, and safe/quality care while providing an excellent patient experience

Master's Degree Master's Degree or Doctor of\nNursing Practice (DNP) in Nursing\n\n 2.5 years plus of experience, required\n\nPA and/or NJ RN licensure (RN) RN\n\nPA and/or NJ CRNP licensure (CRNP) CRNP\n\nPA and/or NJ Prescriptive Authority\n\nNational Board Certification\n\nBLS/CPR, as a healthcare provider as per the American Heart Association (For providers in the ambulatory setting)\n\nACLS (For providers in the acute care setting)\n\nWomen's Health Board Certification Preferred\n\nThe CRNP must be reviewed by the Credentials\nCommittee and approved by the Medical Board.
