The Endo Center at Pennsylvania Hospital is currently seeking a full time Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager assumes 24 hour accountability for the operation of the designated patient care units. This includes the provision of leadership to improve patient care, enhance professional development and achieve nursing goals.

Currently licensed as a professional nurse in the Commonwealth of PA. \nBLS/CPR as a healthcare provider as per the American Heart Association.\nBSN in Nursing is required; Master's Degree or current enrollment in a master's level program, preferably in Nursing and 5+ years progressive nursing experience required with demonstrated leadership and management skills required.\n\nMaster's Degree Nursing preferred (Internal Candidates) MSN degree completion must occur within 2 years of start of position and 5+ years of progressive nursing experience required with demonstrated leadership and management skills preferred.
