The Home Health Aide works under the direction of the RN/Team Manager and assists the patient/family to perform personal care tasks and activities of daily living. This position requires the Home Health Aide to care for multiple (4-5) patients each day and requires travel by car from each patient's home.

The qualified candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. \nMust be willing to travel to see 4-5 patients a day. \nExperience as a Home Health Aide required. \nCurrent CPR certification is required. \nMust be certified as a CNA by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. \nMust have a car with a valid driver's license and car insurance.
