BSN from a NLN approved school of professional nursing and current PA RN licensure required.  Candidate must possess at least one year of clinical hospital based or home care experience. Incumbent must have a current, valid driver's license and car insurance, and be able to drive long distances.  \n\nThe PCAH Clinical Nurse must be able to function effectively under stressful situations and tight deadlines; must be self-directed and a self-starter; must demonstrate creative thinking ability; must demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide the expected standards of care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age appropriate considerations of assigned patients; must demonstrate the professional skill and judgment necessary to provide care within the more autonomous setting of the patient’s home or at the various sites of hospice care; must attend to the values and rituals important to the patient-family-community environments as well as upholding nursing practice and safety standards.
