EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:

• Nurse with 3-5 years of experience in cardiology required
• Associates degree in Nursing Required
• BSN preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

• Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
• BCLS AHA Healthcare Provider certification required upon hire
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:  (list required and preferred separately)

• 3-5 years experience in Cardiology clinical setting required
• 3-5 years Cardiology performance improvement experience required

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

• Proven administrative ability for the operational activities of a Cardiology program and department.
• Capable of analyzing and preparing complex records and reports.
