SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends)

SCHEDULE: Part-time

LewisGale Hospital Montgomery (LGHM) is located in the beautiful mountainous region of Virginia. Montgomery is considered a neighbor to the Virginia Tech Hokie community and is located just 10 minutes away from the university. We are a Magnet Designated HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) hospital with 146-beds and more than 567 employees. We are a Level III Trauma Center, Chest Pain Accredited, and hold a Medical Surgical HCA Unit of Distinction. Currently, we are actively looking for Registered Nurses to join our facility!

Additional Information about our Ambulatory:

20 Ambulatory Care Services
Cross trained in PACU
Awarded the CNOR Strong Certification (November 2016 – November 2017)
Hold a Magnet designation and are a Level II Trauma Center
Strong relationships with surgeons and Operating Room team
A supportive environment focused on fostering educational opportunities and specialty certification
Leadership opportunities available through our Shared Governance Councils

Shift: Monday - Friday (Days)

On Call: Once every 6 weeks

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:

Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program (required)
BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)
