SHIFT: PRN

SCHEDULE: PRN/Per Diem

Additional Information about our PACU Department:

Nurses are responsible for the care of post-op patients
On average, a nurse will be responsible for 15+ cases per day
Types of specific surgeries: orthopedics, hernia, gynecology, etc.
The department takes on various types of surgeries and tend to all ages of patients
Teamwork environment focused on provided the utmost quality in patient care

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:

Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program (required)
BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

Current Registered Nurse License in this state
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider (required)

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of one year experience as a critical care nurse in a hospital setting
