TheClinical Nurse Coordinator in Senior Adult Behavioral Health is responsiblefor operations of assigned departments and the integration of the servicewithin overall hospital functions. Collaborates in decision-making structures and processes. Knowledgeableof healthcare trends and integrates into strategic planning fordepartment(s). Accountable for theimplementation of an effective and continuous program to measure, assess andimprove performance. Assures a highlevel of customer satisfaction. Managesproductivity to achieve budgetary targets. Must be willing to assume twenty-four hourresponsibility for patient care and a leadership role with the health care teamin planning and delivering patient care.

Qualifications
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- RN License in the State of Colorado.
- Compact license acceptable but mustobtain Colorado RN License within 90 days of hire.
- Current BLS certification through theAmerican Heart Association.
Education:
- BSN preferred.
- Master in Nursing, NursingAdministration or business related degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of three to five years incomparable position preferred.
- Recent clinical experience inspecialty.
SpecialQualifications:
- Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledgeof the practice of nursing. Is able to plan and provide for delivery of nursingservices.
- Works independently to effectivelyproblem solve issues with staff and develop a workable solution.
- Communicates effectively both orallyand in writing.
- Must have a willingness to participatein guidance and counseling of personnel.
- Must have interpersonal skills to actas a mediator between patient care and administration.
- Proficiency in computer skills,critical thinking skills, and public speaking skills.
- Knowledgeable of local, state, andfederal regulations that impact areas of their responsibility.
